The School of Human Ecology, Child Development and Family Relations (CDFR) concentration has met the standards and criteria required for the Provisional Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE) designation from the National Council on Family Relations (NCFR). This program approval does not imply accreditation, but recognizes the inclusion of relevant course work for each of the ten family life content areas needed for the Provisional Certified Family Life Educator designation.
