Prerequisite: C or better in ECE 2011, C or better in ECE 2020, and C or better in ECE 3010 (ECE 3010 may be taken concurrently). Introduction to semiconductor junction devices and their physical operation, mid-band equivalent circuits, single and multi-stage amplifiers, digital electronics, and SPICE simulation.
